the I3 approach

Wu-li Master connects strategy, information, data and delivery. Interim and programme management, strategic advice and guidance — from question to implemented change.

Built on thirty years of experience at board and CIO level in healthcare, services and industry. For organisations where operations and change depend on one another.

Organisations are not separate silos, but a whole in constant motion with itself.

The name Wu-li Master refers to The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav. "Wu Li" is the Chinese term for physics — literally, patterns of organic energy.

That principle sits at the heart of the approach: strategy, information, operations, culture and governance are continually touching one another. Complex change rarely succeeds by fixing one component — it succeeds by seeing the pattern an organisation sometimes misses in itself.

Approach

Three domains, one way of looking

Not a niche speciality, but the rare combination of strategic insight, business breadth and depth in change.

One

Organisational and process transformation

Programme management for ERP implementations (such as AFAS) and process innovation, with culture, adoption and vendor management built in — not an IT project, but an organisational question.

Two

Data-driven working & AI

Developing data strategy, governance and the application of AI, with an eye for decision-making culture — because the obstacle is rarely the technology.

Three

Information policy & business-IT alignment

From information as an IT topic to information as strategic value — owned where the responsibility belongs: with the board and executive team.

Who for

Sectors where complexity and social relevance meet

Sector

Sheltered employment

Sector

Social housing

Engagements are preferably part-time, one to three days a week — this sharpens focus and keeps the work fully compliant with Dutch contracting rules (WDBA/VBAR): deliverable-based, without line supervision.
